AAB Fashion has a unique opportunity for an experienced and dynamic sales representative/BDM to join our team on a part time basis for VIC The position is a 12 month role which may lead to further employment Start Feb 2026 ANDIS HAIR CLIPPERS GELISH NAIL PRODUCTS MORGAN TAYLOR NAIL LACQUER INVERNESS EAR PIERCING SYSTEMS PIERCE RIGHT BODY PIERCING ARTIST CHOICE BEAUTY CONSUMABLES KASHO SCISSORS Your key focus will be enhancing current business relationships, canvassing new business and building the portfolio of brands AAB Fashion has to offer in your designated territories ESSENTIALS FOR THE ROLE Have a positive & energetic attitude The ability to work autonomously, yet also in a team environment Have a drive to reach & exceed company targets Take pride in your appearance Have strong negotiation skills Have a genuine interest in the Hair & Beauty industry Have a current & valid driver's license SKILLS & EXPERIENCE At least 2 years previous sales executive or account management experience Hair / beauty industry experience required Distribution/wholesale experience within the hair/beauty industry is required Excellent presentation and communication WHAT'S ON OFFER Generous Base Salary, Car or Car Allowance, Phone, iPad The opportunity to be a part of growing global brands Being part of a culture that is fresh, creative and innovative The successful candidate will receive full support and training to ensure a smooth transition into the job This part-time role requires a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
