What Sets This Firm Apart Lawyers here enjoy an environment designed for flexibility, growth, and wellbeing, including : Genuine flexibility with no set limit on remote working days Option to work 100% remotely for lawyers with strong commercial litigation experience Flat structure where progression is based on merit, not tenure Wellbeing focus , with regular social activities, sporting events, and strong team connection A high-calibre client base including ASX-listed companies, private enterprises, high-net-worth individuals, and a strong national presence in the mining sector The Work You’ll join a specialist team and work on sophisticated disputes—primarily in the Supreme and Federal Courts—across a wide variety of commercial matters, including : Breach of contract Misleading or deceptive conduct Corporate regulatory disputes Data breach matters Urgent interlocutory applications Corporate fraud Shareholder disputes Freezing orders Under the guidance of a highly respected Principal, you'll manage files end-to-end, including drafting correspondence, advices, court documents, interviewing witnesses, managing discovery, preparing briefs, and assisting with trial preparation at all stages. You’ll also maintain client relationships and instruct Counsel as required. Who You’ll Work With You’ll work directly under a talented female Partner with top-tier and international experience. About You To succeed in this role you will bring : 2+ years PAE in commercial litigation or disputes A proactive mindset and strong technical skills A genuine passion for litigation and client service The ability to work independently and collaboratively Enthusiasm to take on responsibility with the support of a strong mentor The firm offers outstanding development opportunities, encouraging lawyers to shape their own career plans and grow at a pace that suits them.
