Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Personal Care: Bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support Domestic Support: Cleaning, laundry, meal prep, maintaining a safe home Social & Community Engagement: Outings, appointments, and connection Life Skills & Independence: Supporting with shopping, cooking Medication & Transport Assistance: Where suitably qualified Respite & Mental Health Support: Temporary care and behavioural assistance What’s in it for You Flexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyle Ongoing training and professional development Generous salary sacrificing options to increase your net pay Guaranteed weekly minimum hours A caring, inclusive, and supportive team culture What We're Looking For Available 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyle) QLD C/CA Driver’s Licence + reliable vehicle Compassionate and client-centred approach Strong communication and resilience in varied situations Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support or equivalent 12+ months of industry experience Experience in personal care, manual handling, and behavioural support If you are passionate about supporting individuals in their daily lives and meet the availability requirements, we would love to hear from you Why Join CatholicCare?
