Your next big opportunity: Early Childhood Teacher for our Koondoola centre We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, ready to take the next steps in their career as an Early Childhood Teacher at our brand‑new centre in Koondoola. In this role, you will: Design and deliver high‑quality educational programs for your room that maintains our standard of excellence. Lead, inspire and guide educators within your team to reach their full potential. Champion children’s wellbeing whilst fostering a safe and secure environment where they can thrive. Foster positive, respectful relationships with children, families and the wider community. Work with the Centre Manager to create a vibrant, welcoming and fun environment for our children and families. What you bring to the table: A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) as recognised by ACECQA. Experience in a long day care environment is desirable. Strong competency to provide and maintain a strong educational program. Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills. A current First Aid certificate, WWCC and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain them at onboarding). Ready to take the next step in your career?
