To support our vision and expanding footprint, we are looking for a Scheduler to join our growing team based in our Macquarie Park office. Responsibilities Manage daily administration activities - scheduling, managing client calls and sales administration. Planning and liaising with customers appropriate times for installation and service Triaging of inbound service and support requests from customers Allocation of new installation and field-service work to technicians and subcontractors, as required. Service administration of completed worksheets and invoicing. Ensuring technicians are prepared with relevant documentation and information prior to arrival on site. Supporting management in monitoring the movement of inventory and stock levels of both technicians and subcontractors. Creation and maintenance of information within the CRM Experience Excellent customer service, communication skills or retail experience essential Previous experience in a Scheduling role, however strong admin and customer service experience will also be considered Effective time management and organisation skills Ongoing training and development Excellent team and work environment Exposure to other areas of the business and development opportunities to grow your career within Netstar.
