This is a leadership role where you’ll manage and mentor a team, deliver exceptional client service, and contribute to the growth of our practice. You’ll work closely with partners and clients across diverse industries, providing strategic advice, preparing financial statements, and overseeing tax compliance. For Senior Manager level, you’ll also lead workflow planning, review complex work, and drive business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture. Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals. Provide strategic business advisory services and practical solutions to clients. Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax legislation. For Senior Manager: Plan and delegate work, review team outputs, and contribute to firm‑wide initiatives. About you: Senior Accountant: CA/CPA qualified (or near completion), with experience in business advisory and mentoring junior staff. Senior Manager: CA/CPA qualified, 8+ years in professional services, and 3-4 years managing a team. Strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and a proactive approach.
