We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Instructor to join our dynamic team at The Little Gym Dural This part-time position in Dural, NSW 2158 , offers an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver our unique children's development programs for children of all ages and skill levels. What you’ll be doing Following our program and executing engaging, age-appropriate movement based classes Leading weekend birthday parties and assisting with cleaning up duties when necessary Assisting the Gym Director with supervising and coaching whilst ensuring the highest standards of coaching and customer service Coordinating events and other special activities Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants Contributing to the continuous improvement of our programs and operations What we’re looking for Extensive experience in coaching and instruction, preferably in a children's program setting A bubbly personality who has great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents Strong customer service skills, with the capacity to multitask and work under pressure Passion for creating a positive, fun and enriching experience for all participants MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS 20 hours minimum (with flexibility) Gymnastics coaching qualifications and certifications desired but not necessary What we offer At The Little Gym Dural, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and nurturing environment for both our employees and our customers.
