We are seeking a hands‑on Branch Supervisor to lead and manage all branch operations while delivering exceptional service to B2B clients in the hospitality and catering (non‑food) industry. You will drive operational efficiency, profitability, and a positive workplace culture across the branch. Key Responsibilities: People Management Lead and develop cross‑functional teams, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Foster a high‑performance, customer‑focused culture aligned with company values. Ensure compliance with company policies, Code of Conduct, and workplace health & safety. Warehouse & Supply Chain Oversee warehouse operations, stock control, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy. Ensure effective coordination with sales operations to meet customer delivery expectations. Maintain safety compliance through audits and toolbox talks. Hospitality Store Operations Manage daily store operations, including customer service, merchandising, stock, cash handling, and expenses. Monitor performance and implement initiatives to improve sales and customer experience. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales and GP targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Proven experience supervising Customer Service, Warehousing, Inventory, Logistics, and Retail operations with a large number of SKUs. Positive, proactive, ‘can‑do’ attitude with a strong work ethic and self‑motivation. Extensive knowledge and experience in WHS for warehouse, office, and hospitality store environments. Ability to deliver WHS inductions and training, including manual handling and emergency procedures. Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and ERP warehouse systems. Current Forklift License; HR Forklift experience is highly desirable. Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure.
