Responsibilities Work with pre-qualified customer appointments booked directly into your calendar. Coordinate custom marketing initiatives with our in-house marketing team to supercharge your lead flow. Guide clients from first conversation through to settlement while our fulfilment team handles processing and admin. Leverage Aussie’s leading tech platform to simplify workflows, manage compliance, and boost conversion. Unlock greater income by connecting customers to Aussie’s wider ecosystem, including buyer’s agents, conveyancing, and insurance services. Qualifications Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain before you start—Aussie will support). Sales, broking, or customer service experience. Motivation to grow a high-performing, flexible business. Passion for helping Australians achieve property ownership. Unrestricted Australian working rights.
