Join our diverse team as a Care Services Worker and embrace an exciting opportunity to work within our Tarragal Glen, Wood Glen, Forrester’s Beach and Glengara retirement villages located in Erina, Forresters Beach and Tumbi Umbi, Central Coast NSW. The position We are seeking a vibrant, keen person to make a positive impact and become part of our close-knit team, as well as embrace the chance to be a source of support and comfort for our residents. This casual position plays a pivotal role, prioritising the well‑being of our residents above all else. Flexible availability to work across weekends and weekdays is required as this is a true casual position with hours varying from 0 – 12 hours per week with a potential of more. There is a potential for an afternoon shift ranging from 2–3 hours per day – 7 days per week. Reporting to the Home Care Manager, you will be responsible for: Supporting and assisting Home Care recipients with activities of daily living, including mobility continence management, showering, dressing, personal grooming, medication prompting Where required, assisting with meal preparation Provision of domestic and laundry services to care recipients Transporting care recipients to appointments (e.g. medical) Social Support and Shopping assistance We’re on the lookout for someone with: Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support (or equivalent) Full Drivers Licence and reliable transport – essential National Police Check (or ability to obtain) First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain) Prepared to undertake a pre‑employment medical assessment including Drug and Alcohol Testing The wellbeing of all RetireAustralia team members is our priority and we regularly run initiatives such as safety training, wellness challenges, mental health awareness programs and a free annual flu vaccination program.
