The site currently manufactures in excess of 70 million litres a year including the state's number one flavoured milk product - MastersWe’re looking for a motivated and experienced Team Manager – Manufacturing to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality products while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.The incumbent is expected to work some alternative Friday & weekends, no Sunday. The shift details are below:* Day Shift: 5.30AM - 3PM* Afternoon Shift: 2.30PM - midnight**Responsibilities*** Supervising & directing team members to achieve results and deliver KPI* Monitor established performance indicators, including variance reports, production reports, quality reports, and injury reports* Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations to minimize industrial injuries and meet regulatory requirements.* Driving continuous improvement, executing broad plan activities, embedding standard work, and eliminating waste management* Contribute to and deliver on the site and team culture and engagement plans**About you*** Proven experience in manufacturing environment* Good understanding of quality system including HACCP and GMP* Problem solving skills – process-based decision making and conflict solution & excellent communication skill across different stakeholders* Leadership skill – ability to coach and influence team members* Computer literacy – experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and automated system – SCADA, iFix,…**Bega Group Story**Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
