Job Description The Operations Delivery Lead will ensure to seamlessly coordinate between the Equipment Service & Delivery team and the Business Systems function, driving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and process improvements across the business. This role combines hands‑on operational leadership with systems-driven insights to optimise equipment servicing, dispatch, and delivery processes. The individual will ensure that operational requirements are translated into system enhancements, dashboards, and workflows, creating a data-driven, high-performing service delivery environment. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Lead the Equipment Service & Delivery team, managing daily schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to meet customer and operational expectations. Demonstrated ability to act as a technical authority on Nexxis products, ensuring the team's maintenance and service activities are executed with a strong technical foundation. Oversee equipment servicing, testing, calibration, and dispatch processes to ensure timeliness and quality. Maintain compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards. Systems & Process Integration: Lead the Business Systems Team to align operational processes with system capabilities and improvements. Identify operational pain points and inefficiencies, translating them into actionable system requirements. Support system configuration, workflow automation, and reporting to enhance operational visibility and decision-making. Monitor and ensure accuracy of data in Nexxis systems. Serve as the operational voice in system projects, ensuring tools and processes meet team needs. Lead initiatives to streamline operational workflows using system insights and process redesign. Establish and monitor KPIs for service delivery, system utilisation, and process efficiency. Provide training and guidance to team members on Insphire usage, operational standards, and best practices. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with Engineering/Production, Sales, Shipping, and Finance teams to coordinate complex deliveries and equipment management. Liaise with vendors and technology partners as required to support system integrations and operational enhancements. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in operations, service delivery, or equipment management within a technical, industrial or rental environment. Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with a focus on accountability and high performance. Experience with scheduling and management of conflicting priorities. Understanding of equipment hire, inspection, or calibration processes preferred. Strong understanding of CMMS systems and their application and implementation in operations. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing operational teams. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive operational improvements. Experience in process improvement, workflow optimisation, and cross-functional project collaboration. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Demonstrated problem‑solving ability and commitment to process improvement. Certificate or Diploma in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
