Your ImpactWe have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Planner to join our iconic
Yatala
brewery. In this role you will facilitale continuous improvement in plant reliability through Asset Management strategy development, weekly maintenance scheduling, and maintenance project planning.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan maintenance activities, including preparing parts availability, SOP’s, contractor and specific work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space etc.)Plan shutdowns and projects and feedback on progressManage incoming work requests and maintenance tagsSupervise and review planned maintenance with trades and specialist and collaborate on scope of future works and strategiesInspect plant and equipment with trades and collaborate on repair solutionsWork with the Brewing Engineer to manage budget, reviewing reports and providing up to date estimatesCapture data, input data for analyse and generate asset care reportsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess the following:Trade or degree qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineeringPrevious experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment (ideally FMCG)Experienced with weekly, to long term planning of maintenance activitiesAmbition and motivation to achieve targets, and develop your own skillsExperience with SAP PMProven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiativesExcellent communication and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levelsA safety-oriented mindset, and commitment to prioritising the safety of yourself and othersWhy Us?Asahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organisation with a rich and varied history.
