Vi søger dig som brænder for at supportere og udvikle Arp-Hansen Hotel Group med din viden, engagement og interesse i at opbygge bæredygtige samarbejder, som skaber værdi for vores hoteller. Du vil primært arbejde på vores Group Office på Nybrovej i Gentofte, men du vil også være ude på vores 12 hoteller, hvoraf 1 af dem ligger i Aarhus, og 2 luksus hostels. Vi har en velfungerende indkøbsafdeling, som vi gerne vil udvide og optimere med endnu en specialistfunktion. Du vil supportere Head of Supply Chain & Operations Compliance, som har fokus på aftaler til indkøb til hotellerne indenfor alle kategorier af produkter i den daglige drift. Stillingen og ansvarsområder Udbudsmateriale og indhentning af tilbud fra leverandører Forhandling og vedligeholdelse af indkøbsaftaler Rådgivning af driften på hotellerne i forhold til indkøb og optimering Dialog med og opfølgning på leverandørsamarbejder Kontraktstyring og administration af samarbejdsaftaler samt sikring af stamdata i vores systemer Compliance-opgaver i forhold til leverandører, Code of conduct m.m. Oprettelse og vedligeholdelse af vores indkøbsplatform (Basware), herunder leverandøroversigt, priser, varesortiment m.m. Minimum 2-3 års erfaring fra indkøb eller generelt supply chain arbejde Solidt kendskab til relevant lovgivning og standarder God talforståelse og er en stærk Excel-bruger Du er opsøgende og til at arbejde selvstændigt og struktureret, selvfølgelig med støtte og support fra din leder og resten afdelingenli> Du bidrager til en god hverdag med humor, overskud og en naturlig evne til at skabe bæredygtige løsninger Du er relationsskabende, tillidsvækkende og har en positiv tilgang til både kolleger og opgaver Du har flair og interesse for arbejde med digitale systemer Har du lyst til at blive en del af familien?
