Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, greet patients at the front desk and handle incoming telephone calls. Manage radiology exam bookings. Perform general clerical duties. Efficiently manage patient records with accurate data entry. Maintain courteous communication with other receptionists, referring doctors and medical professionals. Handle billing and banking tasks related to Medicare, DVA, health funds and work cover.
