Reporting to Director of Operations until the Discipline Leader – Survey is appointed, you will be managing and coordinating all surveying activities on construction projects. You’ll also provide technical expertise, oversee construction survey teams, ensure accuracy in measurements, and support the delivery of projects. Leadingandsupervisingsurveyteamsacrossmultipleconstructionprojects;applyingstrongprojectmanagementskillsandfosteringeffectivecollaborationwithprojectmanagers,surveyors,salesteams,subjectmatterexperts,andclientstoensuresurveydeliverablesmeetprojectrequirements. Conductsitesurveys,setoutworks,andverifydesignlevelsandalignments. Utilisesurveyingtechnologiesandmethodologies,drivinginnovationinallyourprojects. Wearelookingforsomeonewhohas: UniversityqualificationorTAFEDiplomainSurveying. Minimum5to7yearsofexperienceinconstructionsurveying,withatleast2yearsinaleadershiprole(Optionsforseniorat5+yearswithoutleadershiprolealsoconsidered) Demonstrateproficiencyinsurveyinginstrumentsandsoftware(e.g.,12dsoftware,AutoCAD,andLeicaSurveyequipment) StrongknowledgeofAustralianStandards,WHS,andrelevantlegislation. Avaliddriver’slicenseandWhiteCard. With this role, the successful candidate must successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
