Company Description Loan Market Geelong is an award winning business looking after thousands of clients each year. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Broker located in Greater Geelong Area. The Finance Broker will be responsible for working with referral partners to create more value for mutual clients. The role of the broker will be to get more pre-approved buyers at auction, better returns for Landlords by assessing the clients' financial needs, structuring finance solutions, and recommending the solution that is based on the clients best interests. The role involves building strong client and referral relationships, liaising with lenders, and providing expert advice on financial products. The Finance Broker will work closely with both referrers and clients to deliver better outcomes for customers. Must be a team player with a great attitude and a strong work ethic. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, with a strong understanding of financial principles and strategies Experience in Financial Services, including the ability to manage loans and offer customized solutions Knowledge of Insurance products and services to complement financial advice and provide holistic solutions for clients Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills to build relationships with referrers and assess client needs effectively Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage relationships productively and meet deadlines in a fast paced and fun environment A diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field, with relevant certifications being a valuable advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
