Stellenbeschreibung Das sind Deine Aufgaben: Als Teil unseres regionalen Residential Capital Markets-Teams setzt du Verkaufsprozesse für große Wohnanlagen, Wohnportfolios und Forward Deals in Berlin und Brandenburg ab einem Transaktionsvolumen von 15 Mio. € erfolgreich um. Du agierst als Dreh- und Angelpunkt zwischen Investoren, bringst unterschiedliche Interessen als neutraler Vermittler zusammen und findest tragfähige Lösungen. Deine Erklärungen von Marktpreisen, baulichen Zuständen und (rechtlichen) Rahmenbedingungen schaffen Transparenz und unterstützen Investoren dabei, Wertschöpfung zu generieren. Indem du Käufer und Verkäufer über Energieeffizienz, nachhaltige Bauweisen und Sanierungsmöglichkeiten aufklärst, kannst du ein Bewusstsein für nachhaltige Immobilien schaffen. Qualifikationen Das bringst Du mit: Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche mit umfangreichen Kenntnissen und einem tiefen Verständnis des Berliner Immobilienmarktes. Solides Wissen von Vertragsinhalten, Due-Diligence-Prozessen, Finanzierungen und Immobilienrecht (insbesondere im Wohnsegment). Großes Netzwerk zu Investoren, Projektentwicklern und Family Offices, das Du in Deiner Rolle aktiv nutzen und weiter ausbauen kannst. Du bist routiniert im Vermitteln von Immobilien und hast Erfahrung mit komplexen Verkaufsprozessen (z. B. mehrstufigen, strukturierten Bieterverfahren). Strategisches Denken und Fähigkeit zur Markt- und Objektanalyse sowie -Prognose zur Erstellung von Verkaufskonzepten und marktgerechten Preisempfehlungen. Deine schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation ist professionell, überzeugend und empathisch – auf Augenhöhe mit Verkäufern und Käufern.
