Then Peter Alexander is the place for you ABOUT THE ROLE In this role, you will be responsible for working alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team. In this role you will work 38 hours per week from SUNDAY - THURSDAY. To succeed in this role you will also have: Ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong leadership and good communication skills Previous management experience, preferably in retail Ability to motivate the team and drive brand standards Ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI's & stock loss targets WHY PETER ALEXANDER?
