What you will do Conduct thorough assessments and treatments for patients diagnosed with stroke, tailored to each individual’s needs. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient progress and therapy outcomes. Develop and deliver rehabilitation programs to aid in patients’ recovery and improve their quality of life. Provide guidance and support to patients and their families during the rehabilitation process. Requirements Candidates must possess a valid HCPC registration and have at least 6 months of NHS experience in a similar role.
