The day-to-day Here’s what your day might look like: Confidently manage inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with an existing or past relationship – no cold calling Provide tailored solutions to help customers overcome significant hardship and financial challenges. Manage a portfolio of overdue accounts from start to finish, providing tailored solutions and ensuring timely follow-up and action. Utilise skip tracing techniques to locate customers and establish contact. Investigate and manage escalated accounts including hardship, disputes, and potential legal matters. Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain accurate records and use company software to manage customer cases. Contribute to a positive and energetic workplace culture, where teamwork thrives. What are we looking for? Entry level and experienced team members who have a passion for helping people, or experience in customer service or collections. Full‑time applicants - hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 6:30pm. Team members enjoy staggered start and finish times, typically starting between 7:30am - 8:30am and finishing between 4:30pm - 5:00pm. Part‑time applicants - minimum 20 hrs/week, across 4–5 days, 9:30AM–3:30PM. We believe in balancing productivity with personal time, so you can plan your day in a way that works best for you. What do you need? We’re looking for candidates who: Have exceptional customer service skills and genuinely care about helping others. Are confident managing sensitive or complex customer conversations with empathy and professionalism. Are familiar with or willing to learn relevant legislation, including debt collection guidelines and privacy obligations. Are self‑motivated, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Have strong attention to detail, organisation and time management. Can work independently while contributing to the wider team. Have a positive, solutions‑focused attitude. While experience in hardship, collections or financial services is a bonus, it’s not essential — we’re all about potential and passion What’s in it for you?
