The Opportunity We are seeking an energetic and driven Account Manager – Foodservice to join our NSW Sales team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering growth within a dynamic and competitive market. As the face of Moffat in the field, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with distributors, specifiers, and end users. You’ll generate awareness and demand for all Moffat brands, ensuring exceptional service and long-term brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory. Develop and manage strong relationships with distributor and specifier customers. Generate and follow up sales leads across the foodservice and end user markets. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions. Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Maintain accurate reporting and CRM records. About You You’re a self-motivated, commercially astute sales professional who knows how to turn opportunities into results. You bring enthusiasm, initiative, and a strong customer focus to everything you do. To succeed in this role, you’ll have: Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within the foodservice or equipment industry. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Strong product knowledge and the ability to match customer needs with solutions. A proactive approach to lead generation and follow-up. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in reporting and documentation. A current driver’s licence and the ability to travel within NSW as required.
