Full Time Pick Packer/Forklift driver

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full Time Pick Packer/Forklift driver to join the Spiral Foods team in hybrid role across both our sites in Coburg and Laverton. This full-time position will be an all-rounder, covering pick packing, forklift driving and deliveries. What you'll be doing Pick and pack orders from warehouse stock Operate a forklift to move and load/unload pallets of products Ensure all products are packed safely and securely Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation Assist with general warehouse duties as required Adhere to all health, safety and quality standards Deliveries in Van or HR truck to customers when required What we're looking for Previous experience as a pick packer and/or forklift driver, ideally in a warehouse or logistics environment Forklift license and relevant forklift operation experienceStrong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Understanding of warehouse, inventory management and order fulfilment processes What we offer At Spiral Foods Pty Ltd, we offer a competitive salary, opportunities for career development, and a supportive team environment.
