About the role Reporting to the Dry Goods Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the night‑fill team in meeting deadlines, ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and maintaining exceptional store presentation. You’ll take pride in contributing to a store which is welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community. About you and your skills To be flexible with evening working hours Previous experience working in a fast‑paced environment Direct/indirect leadership experience Be well organised with excellent time management skills To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure Coles’ visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock management standards are met What’s in it for you?
