About The Role As a Child and Family Health Nurse, you’ll be a trusted guide for families with little ones aged zero to five. You’ll work above the level of a registered nurse as part of a primary health model, helping parents build confidence through evidence based assessments, practical resources and calm, responsive care. You’ll spot any developmental concerns early, create tailored care plans and walk alongside families as they navigate these huge early years. Every day brings something new, meaningful and full of heart. Responsibilities Provide evidence‑based assessment and support to parents of children aged 0-5. Identify and manage early developmental concerns. Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with families. Offer practical resources and guidance to promote child well‑being. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
