The Aboriginal recruitment team aims to support, attract, recruit and retain Aboriginal candidates and employees. This support includes a culturally appropriate attraction and recruitment process. Opportunities for Aboriginal people at the department The department aims to recruit Aboriginal people across all roles in all business units. This includes roles specifically designated or prioritised for Aboriginal candidates, as well as opportunities open to general applications. You are encouraged to register your interest if you identify as Aboriginal and have: relevant skills experience to the above roles an understanding of the Victorian Aboriginal community an appreciation of a range of different cultures and demonstrated ability to support diversity and inclusion in the workforce.
