This locum-based role offers short-term placements where you will work on-site in remote clinics, delivering culturally safe, high-quality care in collaboration with Aboriginal Health Practitioners, General Practitioners, nurses, and support staff.What’s in it for you?Fully paid locum placements ranging from 3 to 12 weeks, based in remote NT communities, with travel and accommodation covered by us. Cultural orientation and 24/7 support to help you transition into remote healthcare. Free CPD-accredited eLearning with the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM). An unparalleled opportunity to immerse yourself in Aboriginal culture and explore some of Australia’s most breathtaking remote landscapes. What You’ll Need:A fellowship with either Royal Australian College of General Practitioners or Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine. Minimum of 250 hours of relevant full-time clinical experience working as a general practitioner within the past 12 months. Evidence of completion of current and previous triennium requirements and active participation in continuing education recognised by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners Quality Assurance and Continuous Professional Development (RACGP QA & CPD) or Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine-Professional Development Program (ACRRM PDP) or other specialist college, as applicable. Evidence of current professional indemnity insurance as a General Practitioner (Level 1) Current CPR/BLS certification.
