Operator – GFG Alliance Join to apply for the Operator role at GFG Alliance . About the Role Based at our InfraBuild Recycling Minto site, the Operator will perform a range of operating duties within the metal recycling yard. This is a permanent day shift role with hours from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. There will be on‑the‑job training and excellent opportunities for career progression. Pay rate – $32.88 per hour. Your Responsibilities Will Include Loading and unloading trucks Operating forklifts and loaders and performing manual handling tasks Maintaining cleanliness in the yard and operational areas Conducting daily checks on mobile plant Adhering to safety procedures at all times Skills and Experience Forklift licence is essential Loader experience is desirable Experience in scrap recycling, construction or manufacturing is highly advantageous Comfortable working in a fast‑paced yard environment A positive mindset with a general willingness to learn Passion for working as part of a collaborative team Key Benefits Below are some of our key central benefits that are available to all employees.
