About the Role We’re looking for a reliable, experienced cleaner who enjoys being part of a small, supportive team while also feeling confident completing jobs on their own when needed. You’ll work across beautiful homes and light commercial spaces, helping us deliver a consistent, high-standard, organic cleaning experience. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and genuinely enjoys creating calm, immaculate environments for our clients. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties Use our supplied certified organic products and sustainable methods Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across every job Communicate clearly with the team to coordinate schedules and client needs Collaborate with team members on shared jobs and training Assist in capturing simple on-the-job content for social media (photos or short clips—no editing required) What We’re Looking For Driver’s licence and reliable car Previous experience in luxury residential cleaning preferred 2+ years’ experience in hotel housekeeping or similar Strong time management and reliability Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work Friendly, positive attitude and great energy Interest in sustainability and organic living Comfortable working both with the team and independently when required Physically fit and comfortable with the demands of cleaning work What We Offer Competitive pay + performance bonuses Fuel allowances A supportive, values‑led work culture Opportunities for future growth, leadership, and development Work that aligns with wellness, sustainability, and lifestyle values Ready for a Positive Change?
