Westcool (WA) Pty Ltd was formed in 2016 to provide HVAC+R services. We are fast becoming an industry leader and offer a service to our customers like no other company out there. We pride ourselves on our achievements of outstanding customer satisfaction and our conscientious approach to work that has become synonymous with the Westcool name. We have grown over the years to more than 45 employees and now design, install, service and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC+R equipment for several high-profile clients across the states of WA, NSW. We are seeking a motivated and organised HSE Coordinator to join our team and support our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace. This role works closely with our outsourced safety consultants and provides day-to-day coordination of safety activities across the business. You don’t need to be a qualified WHS professional — just someone with strong attention to detail, an interest in safety, and the ability to keep things running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinating incident reports, safety documentation, and training records Liaising with our external HSE provider Assisting with site safety checks and hazard identification Maintaining registers, inductions, licences, and compliance documents Helping implement corrective actions from audits or consultant recommendations Supporting a positive safety culture What we’re looking for: Experience in safety coordination, admin, or compliance Excellent organisation and communication skills Ability to work confidently with staff at all levels Strong attention to detail and follow-up A proactive and positive attitude Why work with us?
