The Operations Lead will effectively supervise the day‑to‑day operations of the Patient Transport Service, ensuring timely and quality of service. Responsibilities Supervise the day‑to‑day operations of the Patient Transport Service, ensuring timely and high‑quality service delivery. Lead and innovate within the operation of responsive transport services. Manage and develop the transport operations team, providing support, development opportunities, and addressing performance issues or conflicts. Qualifications Candidates must have Australian work rights (citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa). Experience in patient transport operations or related operational leadership is essential. Strong computer skills, including experience with computer‑aided dispatch, are required. Experience managing and developing a team, addressing performance issues, and fostering team development. Applicants will be assessed against the essential criteria outlined in the Position Description. Must satisfy NSW Health Category A requirements, including completed immunisation and TB screening. Candidates must upload the OASV Undertaking/Declaration Form and TB Assessment Tool with any vaccination evidence during application. Successful candidates may be required to complete a physical pre‑employment health assessment at no cost.
