Job Description The primary purpose of the role is to set up injection moulding dies for production. This is a night‑shift position. Your Key Responsibilities Work in a team environment. Use lock‑out procedures to ensure safety. Safely remove and install injection moulds for production. Be available and willing to work overtime for mould changes requiring more than one die setter. Follow procedures in place to ensure work is done safely. Prepare moulds for upcoming die changes – testing heaters and position switches. Ensure that moulds are stored correctly. Help troubleshoot when the machine is started with the new job. Communicate with incoming and outgoing shifts to ensure a smooth changeover with ongoing work. Your Skills and Experience Experience in Die Setting. Operating 10T overhead crane. Mechanical aptitude. Qualifications Polymer Processing Certificate is advantageous. Forklift licence.
