This is a full‑time, temporary position (maternity leave replacement), beginning January 2026. St Paul’s Catholic School is seeking expressions of interest for an enthusiastic, committed, and motivated teacher to join our team. Our school is located in the beautiful leafy green suburb of Mt. Lawley and boasts state‑of‑the‑art learning environments for our students. Presently our school caters for students from Pre‑Kindergarten to Year 6 with approximately 232 enrolments. We are a vibrant, happy, supportive staff who have every student’s best interest at heart. The school runs a number of sporting and academic programmes to enhance the daily curriculum and shares a lively faith‑filled relationship with the local Parish and Parish Priests. Selection Criteria Demonstrate a clear commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic Education. Demonstrate excellent teaching skills, classroom management and organisational skills. Integrate ICT skills and technology effectively into classroom learning and teaching programmes. Demonstrate a clear commitment to improving the educational outcomes of all students. Be able to differentiate the curriculum in order to meet the individual needs of the students. Demonstrate effective communication skills with parents, staff and students. The capacity to build community in collaboration with our school community. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum. Qualifications Required Relevant 4‑year tertiary qualifications. Accreditation to work in a Catholic school. Application Details Your application to the Principal should include: 1. A cover letter 2.
