Category Analyst

About the Role Location: Sydney, NSW, AU Tip Top Category team is looking for a Category Analyst to shape the future of our business. You will drive long‑term growth strategies and manage short‑term go‑to‑market activities. You will evolve shopper/retailer/manufacturer relationships, drive growth at a category level and share a common understanding of shopper behaviour with our customer partners. About You Data Enthusiast: You love data You are naturally curious on the why behind the numbers and already have an ability to mine and analyse external data sources to obtain meaningful insights. Strong Communicator: Confidently interact with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes. Problem Solver: Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make decisions and implement clear action plans, particularly around POG analysis. Technical Proficiency: Thorough understanding of Circana Temple, Coles Synergy & Quantium. Excellent skills in MS Office and familiarity with space management/analytical tools like JDA. Why Join Us?
