About the Role Alongside managing a portfolio of your own, this role leads strategic material planning by helping resolve complex material supply chain challenges and taking the lead on process improvements for the materials function. Provides mentorship to the Material Planners and fosters cross‑functional collaboration ensuring material availability to support dynamic production schedules and evolving customer needs. Supports critical cross‑functional streams such as the new product development (NPD) process and the materials substitution process (RAM). Develops business relationships with suppliers to drive optimum outcomes for McCormick. Participates in local, regional and global projects where appropriate. Participates in the reduction of slow and obsolete product review. About You Significant experience in materials planning with a preference for Food & Beverage and FMCG experience. Hands‑on SAP experience preferred. Previous employment in FMCG in a similar role. Bachelor of Supply Chain / Logistics / Purchasing preferred.
