We are seeking an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to lead student-assisted service-learning programs and support the development of a skilled, work-ready allied health workforce across Central Queensland. In this dynamic role, you will deliver innovative, interprofessional service-learning programs for adults and children in areas of high or unmet need, working closely with local health services, community partners and CQCRRH staff. You will provide student supervision, contribute to clinical education, support rural generalist trainees, and help build capacity within the local allied health workforce. You will also play an important role in strengthening the evidence base for rural health workforce models and service delivery.
