Control Systems Technician (SCADA Security) – Reference #926 What You’ll Do: You will support the security, reliability, and continuous improvement of Council’s Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and SCADA environments. This role assists in protecting essential water, wastewater, and waste infrastructure through effective cyber security practices, secure network management, and rigorous operational standards. Working closely with the SCADA Coordinator, you will: Planned and reactive cyber security activities Oversee technical improvements Monitor SCADA-specific security systems Contribute to capital projects to ensure Council’s operational technology environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient. 2. Control Systems Technician (SCADA Projects) – Reference #925 What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll be an important part to the team, ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of key infrastructure that supports the community. Working closely with our SCADA team, you will: Support planned upgrades, modifications, and operational works on industrial control systems Help maintain SCADA assets in our corporate asset management system Assist in keeping systems compliant, efficient, and performing at their best.
