Clinical Care Partner Lead Working in the Community Aged Care team Full time fixed term position Not for profit salary packaging In this role, you'll guide a dedicated team of care partners, ensuring high-quality clinical support that honours each person's dignity, cultural background, and individual preferences. You'll work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and community members to deliver compassionate care that reflects our organisation's values of respect, inclusion, social responsibility and community.
