About the role
As the Roadhouse Manager at Oondiri Holdings, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of our busy roadhouse located in Caiguna, Western Australia. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our roadhouse, motel, restaurant, and tavern, providing a high-quality customer experience to all visitors.
What you'll be doing
Overseeing all aspects of the roadhouse's daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations. Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, improve profitability, and enhance the customer experience. Managing and leading a team of dedicated employees, providing coaching, mentoring, and support as needed. Liaising with head office and other stakeholders to identify and address any issues or opportunities. Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity. What we're looking for
Significant experience in a similar managerial role, preferably within the retail or hospitality industry. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results. Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting. A proven track record of implementing successful strategies to drive sales and improve operational efficiency. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. Current RSA and Driver's licence essential. What we offer
