The Opportunity As Solution Architect, you’ll be part of the technical backbone of our AV, Teams Rooms, and Smart Buildings pre‑sales team. You’ll design solutions, build trust with customers, and ensure every project moves smoothly from proposal to delivery. Your expertise will help us “technically close” deals and deliver real value. What You’ll Do Architect Solutions: Scope, document, and present integrated AV and smart building solutions that solve customer problems and drive business growth. Engage & Influence: Build relationships fast, communicate clearly, and win buy‑in from decision‑makers. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Sales, Service Delivery, and Engineering to ensure solutions are accurate, profitable, and deliver results. Drive Improvement: Stay sharp with ongoing training, share market feedback, and represent Generation‑e at industry events. Own the Process: Manage proposals, meet SLAs, and ensure every solution meets our business and technical standards. What You Bring Experience: 3+ years in AV service delivery, with a track record of technical pre‑sales success. Technical Depth: Strong knowledge of integrated AV systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and workplace tech. Commercial Acumen: Experience quoting AV solutions and responding to customer requests in commercial environments. Software Skills: CRM and estimating tools familiarity. Communication: Confident presenter, skilled collaborator, and clear documenter. Problem‑Solver: Proven ability to design solutions and tackle technical challenges in fast‑moving environments. Drive: Motivated to succeed and progress your career. Education: Degree in IT, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred. We welcome both junior and senior applicants.
