You will support the Operations Director and other senior stakeholders to directly influence long term development of strategy for a function or business unit (BU), creating a sustainable business future. You will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, up to C‑Suite, to implement and manage our programmes. You’ll need to have: Project Delivery: oversee the end-to-end delivery of commercial and social Infrastructure projects, including site acquisition, design management, procurement, construction and automation delivery. Business Development: maintain, develop, and grow client revenue streams. This includes securing new clients and increasing the percentage of repeat business, to contribute to profit, revenue and utilization targets. Client Service Delivery: lead staff performance and service‑delivery standards across the sector. You’ll need to be deeply connected to the projects and clients, in order to drive high‑performance and accountability. People Management: maintain an engaged workforce, ensuring all staffs’ professional development plans and reviews are in place to foster growth/development opportunities. This includes future workforce planning and succession planning activities. You’ll also have: Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development. Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the Health and Life Science sector. Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams. Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on. Proven experience in business development pursuits, with a track record of winning new work and maintaining a diverse/viable portfolio of projects.
