In this integral role you will be part of an essential team that provides general maintenance and painting services to public and community dwellings. Key Responsibilities Apply paints, sealers, and solvents to the exterior and interior building surfaces such as plaster, sheetrock, concrete and wood Prepare painting surfaces for painting by scraping, filling in the cracks and removing old paint. Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment. About You To join our team, you will be an experienced Painter who has history in a domestic or commercial environment, has excellent attention to detail and a strength for delivering a high quality service without compromise. You are a key person within the team, promoting staff morale while displaying a “can do” and “team player” attitude. Additionally, you will provide first-class customer service whilst maintaining a commitment to the safety of yourself and others at all times.
