Venue Fan Activations and Spectator Services Coordinator Join to apply for the Venue Fan Activations and Spectator Services Coordinator role at Local Organising Committee AFC Women’s Asian Cup 2026 Pty Ltd Responsibilities Fan Activation Support: Assist with set-up and pack-down of fan activation zones and precinct areas; support delivery of inclusive, family-friendly fan activities; help monitor presentation standards, crowd flow and basic safety requirements. Volunteer Coordination Support: Assist with briefing and supervising fan experience volunteers; support rostering, shift changes and volunteer welfare in collaboration with central teams; act as a point of contact for volunteers on matchdays. Commercial & Partner Support: Provide on-ground support to sponsor and partner activations; assist with approvals, signage checks and troubleshooting; support basic reporting and photo capture for partner activities. Merchandise Support: Assist merchandise vendors with location set-up and queue management; monitor presentation standards and flag issues to senior staff. Matchday Operations Support: Attend briefings and assist with venue run-throughs; help prepare daily reports covering volunteers, fan feedback and operational issues; work closely with stadium teams, security and operations to support a consistent fan experience.
