They are now seeking an experienced Dispatch Supervisor who will oversee the day-to-day coordination and management of dispatch activities, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery. You’ll play a key role in supporting our site Operations Manager and driving performance, continuous improvement, and compliance across the team. The Position Reporting to the Dispatch Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Supervise daily dispatch operations to ensure DIFOT (Delivered in Full, On Time) targets are met Organise truck loads, optimise loading times, and ensure compliance with all site safety procedures Oversee pick list generation, customer delivery bookings, late order coordination, and returns Maintain strong communication with internal teams including Sales, Customer Service, and Operations Lead a team of dispatch personnel including performance reviews, training, and development Drive continuous improvement, workplace safety, and ensure warehouse housekeeping is maintained Ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded in our Syteline system The Candidate The successful applicant must be a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role and display the following skills: Proven experience in dispatch, warehousing, or transport coordination (ideally in manufacturing or logistics) Strong leadership and people management capabilities High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Commitment to workplace safety and quality compliance Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams Experience with ERP systems (Syteline) is highly regarded Forklift licence preferred If you're ready to take your career to the next level, please apply now to submit your application or alternatively contact Lauren Toledo on for a confidential discussion.
