As a Agribusiness Banking Manager/Relationship Manager based in Smithton TAS, you’ll lead relationships with key players in the agricultural industry, while also supporting large commercial clients. You’ll work with businesses requiring lending solutions from $3M to $50M, helping them grow and thrive. You’ll be well supported by our wider Agribusiness team with local support. This full‑time role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, backed by a dedicated Agribusiness and Commercial Banking team. What do I need? Agribusiness Expertise: Deep understanding of the agricultural sector, its cycles, and its challenges. Commercial Acumen: Experience supporting large commercial clients with complex lending needs. Relationship Building: Proven ability to foster strong, long‑term client partnerships. Credit Skills: Strong in cashflow lending, balance sheet analysis, and deal structuring. Business Development: Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing customer portfolios, including acquiring new‑to‑bank customers and leveraging a well‑established network of referral sources. Network Strength: A well‑established network of industry and referral partners.
