Facilities Supervisor We are seeking a Facilities Supervisor for a client to coordinate service delivery across a group of secure operational sites. This role ensures that all maintenance, soft services and support activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual requirements. Travel to additional offices and facilities within the region may be required. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain effective relationships with onsite stakeholders. Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programs, soft services, remedial tasks and contractor operations across multiple sites. Manage site access and scheduling for subcontractors, ensuring compliance with strict safety, security and quality standards. Conduct routine inspections, performance checks and quality audits. Act as an escalation point for technical issues and complex building system faults. Coordinate resources, materials and equipment to meet service requirements. Complete administrative tasks including permit approvals, service reviews and contractor KPI monitoring. Support the planning and delivery of capital works, lifecycle activities and refurbishment projects. Participate in an on-call roster as required. About You You will ideally have experience supervising facility operations in complex, high-demand environments, with exposure to both planned and reactive maintenance. You should also have: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience leading or coordinating teams and subcontractors. Good organisational capability and the ability to balance competing tasks. Problem-solving ability and commercial awareness. Knowledge of essential building services, infrastructure and HSEQ fundamentals. A proactive, cooperative approach and willingness to support broader team objectives. A valid driver licence, and the ability to complete required background and medical checks. Experience working with multi-trade teams or time-critical service delivery environments is advantageous.
