Step Into Your Next Chapter The successful candidate will be an experienced and motivational leader who has demonstrated a strong knowledge of Departmental policies and procedures in relation to inclusive education. A proven ability to work with school leadership to lead a highly professional and dedicated team of support staff in the delivery of high quality teaching and learning. Responsibilities Undertaking the day to day supervision and management of school support staff Effectively manage complex student cases Work alongside families and external stakeholders to support students Lead all areas around supporting students with a disability (eg ICP, HIC, NCCD) Develop the capability of the support staff to support students with a disability Please view the role description for a full list of responsibilities.
