NRW Civil & Mining is entering an exciting growth phase andis seeking a skilled Trainer Assessor to support the successfuldelivery of our civil and mining projects across the Pilbara. ThisFIFO opportunity on a 2:2 roster offers the chance to work ondiverse, large-scale projects while contributing directly toworkforce capability and project outcomes. As a Trainer Assessor, you will play a key role in developingand maintaining workforce competency on site. Your focus will be onassessing and upskilling operators across a range of mobile plantand equipment, ensuring all personnel meet site and safetyrequirements. Your expertise will directly contribute to building asafe, productive, and high-performing project team. To be considered for this position, you must possess thefollowing as a minimum: Must hold a current Training & Assessor qualification(TAE40110) Previous experience in a Trainer and Assessor role withinthe Civil or Mining industry Valid Heavy Vehicle Drivers’ Licence (HR) Demonstrated operational experience (minimum 5 years)across a wide range of surface mobile equipment, with currentcompetencies or Statements of Attainment for the machinerybeing assessed Ability to work autonomously while contributing to asupportive, team-focused environment You will be responsible for but not limitedto: Conducting theory / practical / VOC assessments (this mayinclude ongoing training, along with upskilling personnel tomeet operational requirements) Interacting daily with crew members to assist with sitesafety requirements Ensuring compliance with the NRW Training procedure Ensuring personnel are fully competent on the equipmentthey are operating About Us: NRW Civil & Mining is proud to be one of the leading civiland mining contractors in the Australian resources andinfrastructure sectors.
