Whats the role A Personal Banking Advisor at Westpac is a professional who assists customers with their banking needs offering tailored advice and solutions. They help with tasks like opening accounts managing finances and providing guidance on Westpacs products and services. Their role is customer-focused aiming to build strong relationships and ensure a positive banking experience. Hours will be from Monday to Friday - Monday to Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm What do I need Thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments with variety in daily tasks. Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to support sales and banking needs. Strong communication skills and excellent time management.
