Accounts Administrator Malaga, Part Time, Admin / Accounts Please Quote Reference Number 14372 Organised and efficient Admin / Accounts Superstar $35 - $38 per hour - Monday to Wednesday Join the friendly team at Interfloor Access At Interfloor Access, we are a small Australian owned company who supply, manufacture and install residential lifts to assist the Senior Community to allow them to reside in their home longer. Our lifts are all Australian made and manufactured and assembled in our Malaga based workshop. We are currently seeking a proactive and capable Admin / Accounts Administrator to support our small, friendly team in Malaga. If you're someone with a positive attitude, great initiative, and strong organisational skills, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, supportive workplace offering consistent part-time hours. This position is part-time, three days per week (Mon / Tue / Wed), starting ASAP. You'll be responsible for a broad range of administrative and accounts tasks that keep our operations running smoothly, including some cross-over responsibilities with our part time scheduler. This will include : Payroll processing Accounts Payable Maintaining Client and Servicing Matrix Answering phones and managing incoming enquiries Maintaining client files and company records Diary management and scheduling support Preparing job cards and showroom presentations Ordering materials and office stationery Typing quotes, orders, and agreements Responding to emails and assisting with basic IT tasks We are looking for someone who can demonstrate : Proficiency with MYOB (Payroll and Accounts Payable essential) Strong skills in Word and Excel Confident with diary management and general admin processes A 'can-do' attitude with strong initiative Able to work independently and as part of a small team Flexibility, organisation, and the ability to multitask High standards of professionalism and personal presentation In return, we can offer you : $35-$38 per hour, depending on experience On-the-job training Supportive, close-knit team Free on-site parking Stable part-time hours that suit work-life balance If you're an organised, capable administrator with strong accounts skills and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you APPLY NOW through our online application form. #J-18808-Ljbffr
